Blogging Skills Updated

Thanks to a certain favorite niece, I now have a new blogging skill.
A link - instead of a very long cut and paste url. So here goes:

Oilve Garden Cappellini Pomodoro

2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 pounds plum tomatoes, (Roma) diced
1 ounce fresh basil leaves, minced
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 ounces Parmesan cheese - fresh
12 ounces dry angel hair pasta, cooked
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat olive oil and add garlic. Cook until garlic turns white.

Add tomatoes and pepper. heat through, stirring constantly, about 2 -3 minutes.
Tomatoes should not lose their shape.

Remove from heat, Transfer hot cooked pasta to large bowl. Toss pasta gently with tomato mixture,
basil and half of the Parmesan Cheese.

Serve immediately with the remaining Parmesan.

Wedding Day Bliss

Margo Farnsworth - daughter of Ken and Mona, got married to Tim Abbot, on May 3rd in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. It was a wonderful day. I was not the photographer, but I did not miss an opportunity to take pics. It was perfect weather.
